Victoria & Fernando’s Wedding {part 2} /// Dallas Fort Worth Wedding Photographer

Victoria & Fernando’s reception was one of the most fun & unique receptions I have ever been to! At the entry table was a sign telling guests to to sign in and leave a message for the bride & groom, and the messages were then attached to the branches! Such a cute idea! Fernando’s bike [...]
 

Victoria & Fernando’s reception was one of the most fun & unique receptions I have ever been to!

At the entry table was a sign telling guests to to sign in and leave a message for the bride & groom, and the messages were then attached to the branches! Such a cute idea!

then in the middle of the reception, it was announced that is was “la hora loca” or “crazy hour”!! everyone looked under the table and had hats & masks for everyone!!

and victoria of course looked fabulous!

another fun thing they did, was instead of the groom getting the garter… they gave each single guy a box like this…

every box had money in it, but one box also had a necklace in it, and whoever got the necklace…

got to find the garter!!!!

it was awesome

there were some amazing dancers there!

it was a great night.

So much has changed for both of us since we got to hang out together, but the second we got together again, I just felt like we were old friends :)

peanut butter & train tracks /// fort worth family photographer

cute little colt loves peanut butter, and is always carrying it around wanting some, so michelle brought a fresh jar, and they had a couple tastes together. he was SO excited to be to just scoop his fingers right into the jar!

then he started taking whole handfuls. lol. so so cute.

growing up michelle would come out to these train tracks, and put pennies on the track for the trains to flatten… so she took her little family out, and taught her kids what to do…

they thought it was pretty neat

aren’t they the cutest family? kerr’s… i seriously adore you :)

I was so thrilled to be a part of their wedding, and so excited to see how it all came together!! Their colors were bright and fabulous, and they used stripes in the decor to go along with the 11.11.11 theme. Then at 11:11pm they released a floating lantern together into the sky. It was a perfect night!
